any kind of selfie in a profile is a "No-Go". Most of the time this kind of pictures are just showing "no time for a good picture". Pictures are the eye-catcher. The one take in the car looks the best for me. Your hairstyle is great and your smile also. About tattoo...well, i am not a friend of tattoes and this is something you should keep for yourself. Some men do like it, some don't. I stick with the last. Keep your pictures up-to-date! Nothing is turning other people more off if they figure out that the pictures are taken 5 or 10 years ago. ;-)
To me your pictures do not look like very "up-to-date". I would suggest you show some female friends some of your pictures and ask them "On which picture you think i am looking smart and handsome?" The pictures they choose should be your choice for a dating site. And replace "she must" with "would be good, or would be great if..."
