To give an idea of the size of these pies, the 1963 pie was big enough for the pie dish to be converted into a floating bar, and was towed up and down the local canal serving drings to the passengers sitting in the pie dish!

Ah well, tis a small village, and we had to find entertainment where we could!

A big pie huh? Not able to finish in one sitting huh? If they have my favorites(pecan pie and chess pie) point in me their direction and give me a gigantic glass of milk to match the size of the pies and I will have a statue erected in my honor for finishing that pie!

Of course I would need to be rushed to the hospital so maybe my statue would be of me in a hospital bed with an IV in my arm and doing this
