I actually don't go often because I can do a lot myself. But I've learned to be very spicif of what I want. I ask the hair dresser if it can be done....if it can't...I appreciate being told it can't and will go with the surest ion. If I don't like how it turned out, knowing I'm taking a chance...I'm very humble. And I'll tip...and tip big.

If the hairdresser says...Oh yeah! I can do that for you! And it comes out totally different! I'm probably.y not going to pay for it because I didn't get what they said they were giving. I let every hair dresser know that if they say they can.....and give me something totally different I will not pay for what they chose to give me...or for their mistake.

I've found by being kind and sweet yet serious about it...the hair dressers even communicate better. So far...it's worked because they know up front what is needed. And I'll go back....been doing it this way for about 10 yrs now.
