It depends on how much I liked the girl....for example on the question about the basketball game...I suppose I would feel guilty if she couldn't make it there, and I would be supportive for the kid.If the kids were well behaved then it would be no problem wanting to get along with them, thus a better relationship with the girl. If on the other hand the kids are rude, then a relationship with the girl would be a very uncomfortable situation.
I was in the second option before, had trouble with her kids...after we were married, and the grandkids were always around and my wife was spending too much time with them.
The result we separated...she has her kids, grandkids...and now more grandchildren. I was only too glad to be away from that awful situation.
I only wish I knew about all of these problems before I fell in love with the girl who later became my wife...none of this would ever have happened...I would've been much happier now.
The line "If you only knew then what you know now!!!" Certainly makes perfect sense.
The best advice I can offer is to be very careful when dating someone who has kids...get all the facts and details before making any commitment, if it turns out to be an uncomfortable situation you can walk away...but when you put a ring on her finger you're stuck.
