Sometimes you are really good at keeping secrets, but other times you just seem to let them slip out. When you do betray someone's confidence like that, you feel really bad about it and begin to wish that they hadn't told you their secrets in the first place. You have, however, kept some secrets for a very long time, and it did make you feel rather important. Even though you would never intentionally tell anyone's secret, it can sometimes be very difficult to look extremely shocked or surprised when the cat is finally let out of the bag!
