Grilled sardines

This is quite simply a fantastic recipe for sardines. Sardines are extremely healthy - an excellent source of omega-3, B12, and selenium - and just as important: they're the cleanest, healthiest fish to eat, and also sea-friendly.

While most people associate sardines with the canned variety, "real" sardines are something else entirely.

They turn out crispy on the outside, tender and ultra-flavorful inside. II buy them frozen at my local supermarket. They're really inexpensive, and here's a funny tip: my dogs love to eat the heads and tails, so nothing goes wasted, plus it's good for them! Enjoy!
Grilled sardines

Ingredients

•8-10 whole sardines, fresh or frozen
•1 tsp. salt

Directions

Grill about 5-7 minutes each side.

When done, fish will appear golden and the skin will be crisp.

Yes it is very delicious.. in Porto you cook the fresh
ikan sardines it is not different with us
But we adding lime juice together with salt
and marinade the fish before we oven, burn or fried
that poor thing! Sardines is tasty and crispy
It goes well with warm rice and chillies sambal
