I had to take some time off. I have a few muscle issues ongoing. Probably be back to normal in a day or two. I plan to play golf throughout Texas on my way east.

Considering this to be zero in Celsius degrees, we know that zero Celsius equals 273.15 Kelvin.
"Twice as cold", would generally translate to half the given temperature, which in Kelvin is 273.15 / 2 = 136.575 K. That in turn is -136.575ºC, since C = K - 273.15
So the answer is; it will be freezing tomorrow.
