There are different kinds of love. I can tell a friend I love them.....no problem.....my sister.....my children....etc....but just let me even start to feel the love between a man and a woman I get short of breath feel like the walls are falling down around me.....and want to run like the wind 
I'll stop here or I will run off and leave my computer. It is difficult. And I think with me it is all fear based.

It was hard for me years ago. I was raised in a home where the word was non-existent. I always wanted to say it, but I couldn't. It was just a word that was not used in my family. It's sad. I never told my father that I loved him. Now I tell my mother each time I talk to her. For some people it comes very easy, simply because they are either lying or have a disfunction understanding of what the word "love" means in its totality, or it is simply a four letter word to obtain what they want.
Only when the true meaning of the word is known and experienced { notice } that I did not say " felt ", will a deep and thoughtful decision have to be made. Somehow, I believe that when that time comes, both parties will know that they are deeply in love with each other and with an embrace, the word will come very quickly.

You would think. But, not always the case with some people. I couldn't say it until I was married years ago, and even then it took time.

very hard... even I doubt about it ... I will be able to tell that anybody else except my daughter, sisters and sister´s sons...

Its always hard for men to say those words since most of them have no good intentions it is us women who have all the love to give.I met a guy recently and i really like him but he is so not into love god knows how much i want to say to him I LOVE YOU,but not if he dosent deserve it.More Threads
