curly28: YaY! finally I got a letter from shire today for building permit for my pergola to go up hope they do it before Xmas. Waited 2 months for approval. 36 degrees tomorrow so the hot summer days are on it's way.

I sorta thought about going in... and being that 2 of my colleagues have weddings to attend this weekend...
They begged me not to... just in case... and another colleague emailed me here at home... and said... please dont...
because this Norovirus /Pavo is so contagious... but in anycase, after spending 3 days in bed, I really did not feel 'bright and bubbly' more like .... dowsy and dopey... slightly unsteady... so just as well I stopped home..

I have put in for holidays in late march and april... I choose April every year because of the weather..
But the supervisors have to approve the holidays... and generally they do... but because the young indian lass is going also at that time... I am waiting to see if mine will be approved...
