You are doing a wonderful job...and for those that don't know, this is NOT an easy job. I have done it before and it is VERY time consuming...though I am not close, I do have a son moving to St. Louis this weekend and we will do all we can to help in anyway.
I was part of a group that chatted many years ago and we put together a get-together..some of are still in contact 10yrs later and I consider them some of the best friends that I have to this day.

As far as I know, I will be attending. Depends on if my brother or brothers have a fight that weekend. Of course, then finances (UCK!)
Everyone should try to travel together and save some bucks! Afew of us here in the south are trying to put a ride together thing going!

Chris, I wish you would really concider coming...the air fair is rather inexpensive if planned far enough in advance...less than $500 round trip on most airlines...I am sure we can find a room mate to help ease the expense of a place to stay.

this is some of the best news...I just got home from work and checking all my emails...
I got the answer for the cover charge for Friday night...There will be no cover charge until 8:30 pm because of the time the band starts...as long as we are all there before then...no cover charge....
Also, I forgot to mention one of the perks of Sharky's....they serve food until around 11pm. They have hot wings, fries, kabobs, and that type of food...so, if you don't have time to eat...you can eat at the bar...also..they have a party menue...as soon as I get my hot little hands on it...I will post it...
I need to get some ideas on what kind of drinks that everyone might like too...I am going to work with the owner to get some drink specials going for us...cheeper drinks=more fun...
the other news is...the 20 rooms that are reserved for us are doubles with queen beds...so, if you want to save on a place to stay...you can buddy up, they will also allow more than 2 per room as well...
So if the price of the room was worrying you...problem solved
I will keep working on ways to save money for us so we can all enjoy ourselves more...
