Why do people post pics of themselves with a significant others

I just don't understand why a person would post a pic being with someone else if it's online dating....get on facebook folks....this is serious!

1. They like swinging singles: Wanna join?

2. Showing the enormous responses finding dates online?

3. Showing the type of person they want to date?

4. Showing they just a booty call?

5. To get their ex girlfriends/boyfriends jealous?

6. Show off who they currently with online?

7. Think they can ward off unwanted or mismatched potentials?

8. Can you think of any other reason why? Please comment.

9. Pretending to be with somebody when really they're alone?

10. Just on the site for social networking ?

Excellent question! Those are the ones it is best to ignore, unless,like you suggested, one is into menage au trois. The others that have pictures of their kids, what is with that? I hope they aren't trying to pair their kids with someone on a dating site. Jeez!!!!!!!!!! And pets? I don't even want to think about it.

I assume that they want us to know that they can get a date. Tis a selling feature. However, I would think it weird if some guy I dated used a picture of us together while trying to find another date. Now, that is to weird for me!!! Three is certainly a crowd....lol

I think it is because they want everyone to know that they are taken and will still try to get another woman if possible. It is a game for some.........

The pictures of couples look fine or group shots, however they should write something on them, its those ones that you can just see someone on the side of them makes me think...why? Did they not quite cropped the picture maybe. I laugh at those pictures that are ripped in half, now thats over and out lol..
