Top 10 'The Cars-Pt.1' By Raytheon1

If there's one thing I love as much as planes, its gotta be cars! From vintage to the ultimate supercar, those 'gas-drinking, tire-squealing, smoke-belching' four-wheeled marvels tug at my heart like a tugboat pulling on 'Titanic!' To the viewer I realize that I may have missed a vehicle or two that you may like, just list it and I'll get it on my 'List 2' chances are it's one of mine too! :) Start your engines!
1

The Rolls-Royce 'Ghost'

The Rolls-Royce 'Ghost'
Supreme Luxury is the 'ultimate' objective for this gorgeous machine! This car 'pampers' it's occupants in every way possible. Tons of power under it's bonnet to get you 'swiftly' movin' down the road. Amazing automobile!
2

The Cadillac 'Cien'

The Cadillac 'Cien'
100 Years, Cadillac has and continues to be the 'standard' in American automotive luxury. In recent years though the manufacturer has departed from its 'luxoboat' persona and branched out into the performance arena. The 'Cien' is the greatest expression of Caddy's 100 years of engineering and style. Too bad this wonderful machine will never see production as General Motors refuses to build it for the masses. Bad call GM!
3

The Buick 'GNX'

The Buick 'GNX'
When Buick built the mid-sized Regal it gained in popularity beyond the maker's expectations. However when the 'go-fast' guys at Buick decided to make this great car even better by installing the proper mechanics, wicked interior, suspension, and 'chic three-letter' name, a legend was born! The GNX became an instant hit! It was sure to turn heads wherever you drove it, you could have it in any color as long as that color was black, the GNX's only color choice.
4

The Pontiac 'Grand Prix' (1963)

The Pontiac 'Grand Prix' (1963)
Former auto maker Pontiac named this model in tribute to the famous auto race. It's humble beginning was a five seat coupe with big horses under the hood, comfort, great appointments, and a whole lot of 'bang' for your car-buying buck. Here I've made mention specifically to the '63 model. This model year is special to me as we owned this Grand Prix. Countless fun-filled miles were had by my family in this very 'cool' car!
5

The Bricklin 'SV-1'

The Bricklin 'SV-1'
This 'sleek' machine was the brainstorm of Malcolm Bricklin. The 'SV' in SV-1 actually stands for 'Safe Vehicle.' You see the SV-1 utilizes a 'gullwing' door system which means the body rigidity of the the car is amazingly stronger than that of cars with conventional doors. The suspension, power-to-weight ratio, and totally 'wicked' style all help boost this machine right to the top of the 'Most Desired' chart!
6

The Chevrolet 'Corvette'

The Chevrolet 'Corvette'
Oh man what can I say about this 'plastic fantastic' machine that hasn't already been said by car enthusiasts all over this little blue and green planet we call Earth! All I have to add is, get your hands on one and you'll see what all the fuss is about!
7

The Ford 'Mustang'

The Ford 'Mustang'
The little horse that 'could!' Ford brought to America the 'pony' car, a little powerhouse that 'galloped' its way into the hearts of billions everywhere. Of course there were imitators, but the Mustang 'never' left the scene once! It's a steady and sturdy steed that's been service to many a rider since 1964!
8

The Lamborghini Aventador

The Lamborghini Aventador
The latest and greatest flagship to the Lambo lineup is definitely here to show that the 'bull' rages on! With speed being the 'given' in a car like this, the attention leaned more towards enhanced safety, fit/finish, and quality! Absolutely beautiful car in every way possible, and yes...it will get you to the store faster than you can say, "Don't forget the eggs!"
9

The Ferrari 'Enzo'

The Ferrari 'Enzo'
A car built in honor of the legendary auto icon...Mr. Enzo Ferrari. This radical machine is one that simply put, must be experienced to really be appreciated! Built in extremely limited numbers its about as rare as they come. Those 'handful'of people lucky (and wealthy) enough to get their hands on one have an everyday joy most of us only dream of!
10

The Cadillac 'XLR'

The Cadillac 'XLR'
This roadster based on the Corvette's chassis was designed to do battle with Lexus and Mercedes-Benz. The XLR did a very good job of representation in that department. With the introduction of the XLR/V the battle got a bit more intense. In some ways the Lexus and Mercedes were superior, but they still came out of the battle with plenty of XLR 'scars!'
11

The Bugatti 'Veyron'

The Bugatti 'Veyron'
Oopsie! Can't close this out without a mention of the 'Grand One!' Yes, the Veyron! Style personified and enough power to pull the faces off My. Rushmore! Beautiful appointments in the interior, a 'concert-hall' quality sound system makes for an extremely 'fast and stylin' ride!

Well I could drive on forever in my 'favorite' motorcars! Sure hope you've enjoyed the selections here. Remember please feel free to comment and suggestions are always welcomed! Look forward to hearing from you! Until next time, gotta go 'detail' my cars! :)
