Koma, do you have it on a YouTube lineup? I am curious, as I've only heard one of these songs that I can identify by name, but apparently they are all sixties hits by one-hit wonders and similar (Sonny And Chair had more than one hit, etc.)

What have we got today? The last hit I went Gaga over was "Black, Black Heart" by David Usher. I've been out of the scene for too long. And my present girlfriend likes country-- the yahoo type, the kind that goes like yeeehaw, umche, klapptititty oommp oommph phthatt. I can't stand it.

Good list, except for the god part. The god of the bible is an awfully evil, vile, despicable, horrible thing. I don't know why anyone would support such a character in their everyday life except of course for the fear of the wrath they fear of him in case he exists. Pascal's Wager -- better to be safe than sorry.

Sorry, I can't use your list, due to the presence of a non-existent, evil entity in it, named god.

Relationships are built on trust, and you want to test if that trust is durable. So you play games, set traps, an if the other passes your tests, they're "in". There is another reason to play games with someone you really like: If you concurrently like someone else even more. Then you have the second most liked one dance on the end of a string, as humans are ultimately control-seeking individuals. There is a third reason: they don't really like you, but you believe they do, because you want to believe that, regardless whether they actually say they like you or not. If you believe they really like you, and they play games with you, chances are they like you much less than you believe they like you.

3. Is pride really worth having when it comes to love? -- Again, it's a control issue. If you feel the other is controlling you too much -- plays games, or just automatically is the commanding one in the r'ship (for instance, when to see a movie, where to eat, when to meet, are all their sole decisions without consulting with the other) then the lesser player (for lack of a better word) will resent this, and either his or her pride will put an end to it, or else she or he will suppress the pride, because being with the sweetheart is worth way more in the positive than suffering from being second fiddler in the relationship in the negative. In most cases, the nerves will eventually side with the pride -- you can only take so much control if you are human from somebody else. Being under too much control is too much for everybody.

Char, these are really good questions!! They've been tickling mankind's fancy since day 1.

1. We go for something we can't afford in the hope to raise our social status and because they look attractive. Barking up the wrong tree won't get tiresome until it becomes really tiresome.

I have to come back to you because the second and third questions I can't see (the site design is not showing them to me), so I have to leave this post and look at your top ten list again. I apologize for this sleigh of memory of mine. I can literally memorize only one question at a time.

First of all let me clear your confusion by stating {what} is a fact........... and what is {that} fact? The fact is what is {that}reality which distinguishes a man from a woman.For a man, {sex} is love, whilst for a woman sex is a {lust}. A woman must uderstand that, if a man was to have a woman's feelings, then he will not be called a man at all..... and God has given this s*xual feelings to a man in abundance.It should be understood that it is not the man's fault for these s*xual feelings, but Nature has done that.
On another level, man has to educate himself how to treat a woman with love(not s*xual), kindness, softness, sweet language and behave like a true gentleman.Bowing to his woman, gifting flowers,lettibng his woman take the first step, etc are tips to impress his woman.

It's sad that human beings have a moral inner world, and they have to subject all their opinions to fit into their own moral order. This is what causes the most strife.

Pilipina women, like all women and all men who live in poverty, are desperate, and have no chance in life, will use "immoral" means to get ahead. This is necessary for their survival and for them to propagate their DNA into the future.

Why be negative about this? Why be supportive and bleeding heart about this? It's life. This is how it is. Est.

We are all humans, and we behave remarkably the same way when we are put into any certain situation.
