I've never really been good at self descriptions, so I'll try keep things shortish. Fairly laid back, introverted ( but not shy ), slightly awkward and interested in, well, pretty much everything. I defy you to come up with a topic that I've zero interest in, I mean it's a pretty damn fascinating world out there ! Apart from that I think I'm quite affable/upbeat, perhaps with some degree of cynicism/scepticism mixed in, though I do try to see the best in others.

1. We'll get on swimmingly ( yes, swimmingly ) if you like the flowery, paragraphs for sentences prose of H.P Lovecraft and his penchant for creepy weirdness.
2. Halloween is probably my favourite holiday of the year, which likely isn't surprising given my author/film/tv/game selections, but honestly it's not just the strange attraction to creepy, unsettling atmospheres and masked psychos with pointy weapons; it's the childhood trick or treat memories, all that processed sugary awesomeness, pumpkins, costumes, seeing decorated houses...I just enjoy the vibe of it all.
3. Every jury needs a Henry Fonda.
4. Once, eons ago, I was playing a game of Call of Duty : MW3 and was so happy with my performance that I brought up the score screen in-game and took a picture of it. If I'm not mistaken I was promptly killed moments later. Deservedly so.1.
Someone with similar interests would be great, although I'm genuinely interested in so many subjects/things that I doubt we'd have trouble there ! Aside from that, I'm not quite sure. Someone who is laid-back, intelligent, a bit quirky and just a nice person in general would be great ^^ If you have any interest in : videogames, horror literature/film, philosophy, football, astronomy, anime/manga, biology, history, Japanese culture, ancient civilisation, evolutionary psychology, economics, politics and writing I'm sure we'd get along fine. Although really, the above list is just a short selection of things that interest me ^^
