I'm an easy going, honest guy looking for my best friend and an emotional connection. I have full custody of my two little boys, 8 and 9. This life has been one hell of a ride. I've experienced highs and lows and everything in between. Nature calls my name and I create art to keep myself grounded and sane.
I admit my faults but celebrate my strengths. Deep conversations are important to me; make me think. I love spontaneity. Some of my best memories are from picking up and going. I'm more introverted than extroverted, more liberal, but with a conservative side, and definitely less mainstream. Afterall, I voted for Jill Stein, but only because Pedro wasn't on the ballot.
I don't watch much tv, but Shameless is an absolutely incredible show. Bosche, Stranger Things, Andy Griffith, and Seinfeld are some other shows I enjoy. Certain music touches my soul... Nahko and Medicine For the People are by far my favorite group. Their song, Risk It, gives me goosebumps. Tool, and old school, 60's hippie music are what I typically listen to, but I like other genres too. One song that touches me is, Every Storm Runs Outta Rain, by Gary Allen. I could go on and on about music. Ummmm....movies.... good story and characters are what I look for. Classics like, Ingmar Bergman's, The Seventh Seal, or the original Nosferatu and Metropolis are works of art. Foreign films like, The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo trilogy, or the zombie flick, Train to Busan. Napoleon Dynamite...either you love it or hate it. Personally, I love it. Horror flicks are my genre of choice.

Meeting someone with common interests is always a good thing, but so is meeting someone that will help me grow, learn and evolve.
Being healthier in mind, body, and spirit is always the goal through exercise, eating healthier, meditation, and connecting to my higher self. Accepting the darkness with the light in each of us can be difficult, but one of the keys needed to unlock the door. Accepting that we are human and will screw up, helps too.
