I consider myself somewhat introverted, unassuming and unpretentious, and hope to spend time getting to know someone who shares these characteristics.
I am passionate about maintaining good health through exercise (5-6 workouts per week, weightlifting and running) and diet. I've studied nutrition for the last few years and applied that knowledge, and am amazed at how much the right foods influence our physical and mental well-being.
