More About Me
For over eight years I’ve been living and working in China, an English teacher. I also have spent six months living in Nepal, where I planned to do some voluntary teaching but it didn’t work out; instead spent the time lazing around beautiful Pokhara and wrote a book. Now I have packed away my chopsticks and have returned to the UK, albeit for a while.
I plan to do some travelling around Europe, a continent I have flown over so many times but explored little. It is my desire to visit all of the countries before we Brexit but there are 27 countries in Europe, so that’s a tall order. Of course Europe will still be there after Brexit, so really there is no rush – why don’t you join me?
A bit about myself – primarily I consider myself to be a writer. I write about life and have published several books on Amazon. I enjoy drawing, taking photographs, reading - mainly autobiographies. I very much like to play ping pong and badminton and last year I took up learning Tennis until they bulldozed the courts for yet another new construction – in China these are everywhere. I also do taichi which I learnt in China. I’m not a bad cook and am good at making bread. I’m also pretty good at massage; some years ago I trained as a massage therapist. I love to give and receive massage.
I don’t think I am your average guy but I thinking am an interesting one. I’m compassionate, sensitive and caring.
