Sensitive, tactile, considerate, open minded (but sometimes opinionated) and interested in the world, I live a quiet and modest life overlooking a beautiful bay in Cyprus. I've ticked 'average' body type, but I'm actually slightly overweight.

I have investments that I'm relying upon (too much) to provide for the future, and to be honest, they're not doing too well right now. Low energy and not sporty but I like activities like sailing, flying and old cars. Don't currently indulge these as I'm waiting for investments to mature. I also create wall art and sell it online. Small groups of friends discussing life and the universe over a drink is fun.

I imagine a bungalow, in a quiet place, with a dog and cat and maybe ducks, distant from other people, living quietly. Life's become a bit stale. I tend to think in terms of a new start with someone.

Awkwardly, I can get a bit blubby at the right movie. Simple food is fine. Anything really, except prunes. I have a dry sense of humour but sometimes it's just daft. (cont)

Long term relationships emerge. Start at the start and if you’re still there a year later, you're in a LTR. But I'm not sure the right approach is to look for that from the beginning. It's a bit like chasing happiness... it's hard to set as an objective because it's unpredictably emergent. Meanwhile, even a mutually respectful 'intimate encounter' might maintain sanity as a possible fallback. Still works as a potential starting point. See above.

I need my own space quite often so need someone who does too, and who’s a seeker, not ostentatious, minimal woowoo (no conspiracy theories please). Sincerity is important. Pretty in a normal way. Not too straight laced, enjoys a drink now and again and letting her hair down. Possibly mildly eccentric or quirky. Maybe a geek. Not too confident of her place in the world. Wisely cynical and gently flippant. Finds the world challenging. I don't know. So many hard to define things coalesce to draw you to another person. Sometimes the chemistry happens with those you least expect it to.

You're probably younger than me. (it just seems to work better).
