Originally from Pittsburgh, I have lived all over the United States due to undergrad, grad school, medical school, externships, residency and fellowship. I have lived from San Francisco to Washington D.C. with many stops in between. I Love traveling abroad and have done so extensively on vacation and on speaking engagements, and also just because I love the surprise of the unknown. I love to learn about new places, people and cultures.
I am a doctor that loves helping people. No better feeling than helping cure someone of a disease or fixing a chronic problem surgically. I like to read a lot and keep up with many things–politics, culture, travels, current events, sports, people.
