I am a keen sports woman,i like to keep fit but not to excess,my main fitness at the minute is cycling but due to the autumn/winter here im probably going to start back at the gym,most people say they go to the gym and have never been in their life!! I am also a keen runner but not far because im injured but life goes on hey,since i stopped smoking and drinking i like to keep the weight off.
