I am retired from IBM and city life to the rural West Virginia mountains, just outside Friars Hill. I am something of a home body as there are always projects and things to fix up and enhance around the property. I enjoy solitude but also love company, cooking and pot luck dinners. I love the outdoors and can get lots of it stepping out my front door. I garden (see picture), enjoy going to Lewisburg to see our local dance company (Trillium PerformingArts), eating out (if it is better than I can fix at home), and visiting friends. I am legally separated so that my spouse will be eligible for my retirement medical benefits. I am a liberal, believe in a woman’s right to choose, marriage equality, sustainable living, getting money out of politics ….. Oh, and no fracking!!!
