Well for starters, I am in the beginning stages as well of overhauling my lifestyle around – I basically want to eat healthy from now on and devote 4 days out of the week to the Gym. I’m definitely an introvert per se but I do let me tell you have my very sociable moments (I think it just depends on the type of company I’m around).
