I am looking for someone to get out there and really live life with and hopefully you are to. I try to not take my time for granted. Life gets busy and the time flys by! But now, I'd like to meet someone to do stuff with, whether it be out hiking, going to movies, having a drink, or whatever sounds good. I'd say people tend to feel comfortable with me and good conversations usually ensue. I'm a pretty intellectual person who spends time trying to better understand the world and how to live my life better. I'm not much of a socialite now but would like to spend more time out doing things. I'm seeking new experiences and someone to enjoy them with.
I like movies a lot, particularly the action and sci-fi genres, but I can branch out. I'm looking forward to Total Recall and the new Bourne film. As for music, Rock go is my go-to choice. Some bands I like are Cold, Staind, FFDP, Breaking Benjamin, Shinedown, Mudvayne,and Within Temptation. I tend to like songs from other genres randomly, except for country. At work or when studying I turn on ambient or classical music. What else? I do some distance running and I completed my first half marathon last January. I plan to get back into weights and sprinting as that is what I prefer. I work in IT and it keeps me challenged, which I like. It's fascinating how technology affects our lives and where it's taking us everyday. I also like the outdoors. I've done quite a few hikes around the valley. I also like to head up north to find cool trails every so often. I try to find the humor in everyday life, and enjoy those times it doesn't have to be taken seriously.
