I am someone who has done a lot of personal development work over the years and transformed myself many times. Transformation is good. I like to keep myself fit and mobile. That leaves little time for drinking or silly parties. Did that, got bored, if you like to do it then fair play but count me out. I'd sooner go for a walk in the woods and admire nature or do something else that activates the senses and mind.
Staying fit and strong is a big part of my happiness. Being out of shape is bad for me psychologically as well as physically. I work out every second day. Less than an hour of going full beast on the iron does the job. I'm not someone who slaves away for hours on a machine. I am the machine. Last time I went to the doctor he told me to slow down but I told him, "hey doc, I'm a beast and last time I checked you weren't a vet so sit down and shut up". Ha ha. But seriously that's kind of my attitude towards people who want me to be more of a pu**y.
