I am thin, but healthy. I like to play disk golf. It is very good exercise and keeps your mid section tight. I am learning to play regular golf so i can spend more time with my oldest son... I love outdoor activities, especially if its on the water. Fishing water skiing, canoe and camping. But most of all I like the ocean and walks along the beach. I grew up close enough to Santa Cruz beach when i was growing up, to go at least a couple days each year. But as i got older, I found the beaches in Florida
