I am originally from America but made China my home several years ago. I am looking for a serious relationship that will lead to marriage. I am far from perfect and have faults.

I am often too honest (which has gotten me in trouble on more than one occasion). I have patience but only so much; certain things make my patience run out more quickly than others. I can be stubborn.

I've put a lot of time over the years into study in order to try be reasonably knowledgeable about things. I spent a great deal of time on self-reflection, as it is important to know oneself. I am a realist, not an optimist nor a pessimist.

I have a sense of humor & joke quite a bit but that merely cloaks my serious core. I spent a great deal of time thinking about what I am looking for & I put my all into a relationship. I am not a rich man, just an average guy.
