I am a friendly and introspective person who values kindness and respect for all sentient beings. I like to laugh and try to find humor in most things. I am intelligent and and I enjoy deep thinking and deep conversation but also value silence and lighthearted interactions.
I am very health conscious and I work out regularly, and eat healthy and mostly natural and whole foods to stay young and fit.
