Singing and dancing are things I love to do. I enjoy music very much, including all types of music, but I'm partial to good classical music, rock & roll, and jazz. My life has changed dramatically since my husband of 37 years passed away in 2018 and I am venturing into uncharted territory now, hoping to meet someone to enjoy life with again. I'm a mother of a daughter and three step children, who all live within 100 miles and am very fortunate in that. My dog and cat are great company; have always had pets and can't imagine being without a dog or cat or both. Retired from English teaching, now for 16 years, I still love to read and write, but lately have rediscovered knitting which is yielding some surprising creations; afghans, blankets, and am about to start my first child's sweater. Traveling is a passion for me and I am hoping to find someone to share that with.
