More About Me
I'm an educated and adventurous woman with many interests, including travel, literature, film, and the world around me. I like documentaries and could spend hours in a bookstore exploring. I like exercise, and enjoy walking around the city. I also like music--folk, blues, motown, good rock, and R and B. I was shaped by the cultural influences of the 1960's and strive to remain liberal and open-minded. I seek friends who are like minded and value them a great deal.
I am not posting a picture because I simply can't plaster my picture all over the internet under the circumstances. I am quite acceptable physically. I'm a fit, and fairly youthful looking woman of 62 with a smallish frame, blue eyes and brown hair. Some people think I'm attractive...a crazy guy on the bus did the other day :) LOL. He was VERY taken with me. :) if we start to write, we can go on Google hangout or skype where you'll be able to see me, and I you, before we progress too far.
More About my Match
I come to the UK occasionally and I adore British men, so I've decided to try to meet one on here. I like looking at you and listening to you. I find you very sexy. If I were British, I swear I'd be a very happy woman with an interesting, hot guy. So to try to indulge my thing, I'm looking for a passionate, intelligent, open-minded man, who is healthy and young at heart, with whom to start a long-distance relationship as pen pals. I don't know where else to start. Given a basic attraction, who knows what might develop?
I know this is not going to be everybody's cup of tea, but maybe you like to write, to make friends overseas, or this idea appeals to you for some other reason. Don't hesitate to drop me a line if that's the case.
Thanks for your time and best of luck out there.
I taught in secondary school. I went into it because of my love of English literature. I could say it was brilliant, but it really wasn't. If you've ever taught, you'll know it's hard to feel satisfied. I persevered, and I'm retired now.
