Ha ha!!! I am currently writing songs + stories: my life & observations called "The Archaeology of Sanity."
The simplest life of loving connection is what matters most throughout time,
as I discovered researching my roots in Orkney, Scotland, and meeting with my living relatives and family.
I could see the patterns of family steeped in love and trust as being the most impressive support for sanity,
i.e., being present, productive and joyful. I also noted how often sanity is buried deep, like Skara Brae. Covered over by 5,000 years of sand, waiting for the perfect storm to clear the eons of pain, trauma, and complications being hidden and covered over.

My intentions:
to be myself, with my highest integrity, always learning and growing, living by the ethics of Permaculture:
1. Care of the Earth, care of the animals, especially cows, pigs, chickens, turkeys, and sheep to nurture healthy ecosystems, great soil and resilient local, artisanal food for communities.
2. Care of the People, note: in Permaculture ethics, the earth comes first, and here we have so much room for refinement as the human race. We are blowing it living by degenerative principles. Do you see how they are destroying the fabric of trust in all our relations? This is bad. I love to illuminate what the potential is for our creative gifts united around co-creating a culture that is permanent on earth through Permaculture Design, mutually beneficial relationships being key.
3. Sharing the surplus of abundance and beauty
