i like to live healthy,i do drink occasionally when i push myself hard physically,i am trying yoga more and more lately,i do workout and walk my 2 dogs lots,my 2 sons are 11 and 13 and they are great kids but get extremely violent with eachother a few nights a week which is weird cause me and my brothers rarely did that hahaha. i like travelling and four wheeling and snowmobiling on warm sunny days and nights! so im basically a stay at home dad since i was sidelined with a back injury. i am very positive and like to laugh, this confuses many people.
