I'm a writer and musician/songwriter, halfway through writing a novel and I regularly journal and write poems to work through the stuff of life. I work part-time for a community organisation in a musical capacity, and teach piano and ukulele privately, as well as homeschooling my 12 year old son. He is with me a lot of the time, with his Dad for periods of time too, so it's a case of love me, accept my boy.
I'm a mixture of "alternative" and mainstream, university-educated, into body-centred dance, holistic health & depth, yet have a great sense of humour & don't take anything TOO seriously! I'm not athletic but I walk the dog, swim and lift weights at the gym and then luxuriate in the spa, and in the warmer months I love to swim in the ocean and walk on the beach.
