Love and compassion from the heart is what i work towards in this crazy hectic world. Meditation has been a big help finding myself and understanding others as well. I gave up meat a year ago so i guess that makes me a vegetarian. Love to workout at the gym at least 3 times a week. My interests include music, films, magic, anything business related and animals.
