I've entered senior status kicking and screaming! Look my age? NO. Act my age? Um, not usually. I'm very independent, a bit feisty, but a classy lady all the same. My spirit is young at heart and I long to feel the excitement of being in love as in days gone by but I can't deny the reality that I'm not 35 years old any more, or 40 or 50. Paddling a canoe still calls to me . . . back packing or hiking not so much. A nice stroll along the strand or off the beaten path is more my speed these days.
