I am on a crash course to be the best I can be, both mentally and physically! Shedding all the negativity from my past life...like I am breaking out of a cocoon and spreading my wings for the first time! It is a truly amazing feeling! I start every day with a long walk, enjoying the beauty of nature that surrounds us. I end each day exploring my creative side...playing guitar or painting.
