Older in age but still young in mind and body. This conflicting traits does have it’s own challenges. I am attempting to be more spiritual by learning the teachings of the Buddha but I respect all religions, ethnicities and races. I consider myself fortunate that I am retired, independent, healthy and with sufficient means to live well, travel where I please and be at peace with myself. Sometimes I do miss the companionship I once had with my wife although I am comfortable with the aloneness. It has its own merits.
