More About Me
I have been in Christchurch since 2009 after leaving Auckland where I worked as a Merchant Banker for 15 years. I left for a fresh start after losing my wife and child as a result of a accident. I decided that I needed to make some changes in my life where I could focus on what I wanted to achieve in life and rather than continue to be just be a cog in the wheel of life. Although I now live in Christchurch I do travel extensively through out New Zealand as part of my job, although I am trying to reduce the amount of travel I do.
I am quite shy until you get to know me and a little introverted. I am a bit of a old school romantic and I am always a gentleman. I have no problems with showing affection to the person I am with and although I can be a little hard to read at times I do express my thoughts and feelings openly with a partner. I am open and honest and expect the same from a partner and think that no matter how awkward some conversations may be I think its important to always communicate what is on your mind. I have a good sense of humour although it can be a little dry.
I enjoy walks on the beach and getting away from it all to out of the way places where I can relax with a good red wine and great food and would like to be able to share that with someone special once again.
