First Avenue in Minneapolis

First Ave in Minneapolis is the best place to go for Halloween. They have a big costume content party and over 2000 people show up with the most elaborate costumes. It is great people watching and awesome to see so many interesting costumes.

For the costume contest, they pick 10 people to come up on stage and the audience picks the winner. The top 3 people win money. The costume contest happens around midnight or 1am.

If you are in the Minneapolis area during Halloween time, I highly recommend it.
