Love

Love like an arrow through the hart,
Hard to live with and deadly to live without,
The security of the word that we all love to hate.

The time that you have the time that you lose,
How do you know when this will end.
Through your choice or theirs,
Or worse through the fear that grips us all,
The death of the one you love so dear.

The love that you find should be pure and true,
If it is keep it and hold it as long as you can,
If the love is real you will grip it with all your might
And not let it stray to so-called pastures green.

The trick is to find a love that is mutual and never let it go,
Love her till the day and hour that you die.
If this is your chance to love forever,
Love for today and love for tomorrow,
And little by little there will be not two of you,
There will only be left the one unit.
