More About Me
I'm "old school", as far as manners are concerned (the lady ALWAYS comes first) - as for the rest, a large part of me hasn't developed since I was sixteen! I like people but very often think that I prefer animals, dogs, horses, cats, etc., etc. I LOVE nature and everything to do with nature. (Ask me for my poem "Creation"!) Unfortuantely, I am an incurable romantic, which does tend to leave me somewhat vulnerable.
I have never enjoyed self-analysis, so I can only go by what my friends say of me: I am very good hearted (probably the reason why I am not wealthy!!!), kind, considerate and warm, with a good sense of humour, as well as being tactile, loving and romantic. Also a good friend. I am genuinely interested in the other person. Although I flirt in the nicest possible way (10 years old to 90 years old), I am strictly a one-woman man. To me, my love would be the be-all and end-all of my existence. On top of that, I really and truly am nowehere near my age, either mentally or physically. Everyone, without exception, reckons I am at least 10/12 years younger, which is why I did not hesitate to put my true age. I go to my karate and fencing clubs (both of which I love) three times a week. I swim long distance whenever I get the chance. If I have no intellectual foil for the moment, I try to keep myself sharp with Sudoku (have you tried the Samurai version!??!). I am an avid reader - anything and everything. Very eclectic in my tastes on all things: art, food, wine. I am not a bad cook either.
Good grief - having just read everything that I wrote above (apart from appearing to boast and sound too good to be true), I do sound as if I were someone's dream man - so why haven't I found my Princess yet, after all this time???
