Welcome to the ConnectingSingles Paid Subscription Terms.
PLEASE READ THESE PAID SUBSCRIPTION TERMS CAREFULLY. PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNTIL YOU CANCEL THE PAID SUBSCRIPTION, AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION FEE, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, UNTIL YOU CANCEL YOUR PAID SUBSCRIPTION.
ConnectingSingles offers a paid subscription to the Services (the “Paid Subscription”). The Paid Subscription provides you with the following features: ad-free user experience, increased capacity in daily messages and “likes”, ability to add more photos to a profile, and a special badge to be added to a profile.
ConnectingSingles offers a monthly and annual Paid Subscription. The monthly Paid Subscription is $9.00 plus applicable taxes. The annual Paid Subscription is $74.00 plus applicable taxes. The monthly or annual Paid Subscription is payable monthly or annually, as applicable, in advance. A Paid Subscription will not commence until and unless the applicable monthly or annual subscription fee for the Paid Subscription is paid by you to us. PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNTIL YOU CANCEL THE PAID SUBSCRIPTION, AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION FEE, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, UNTIL YOU CANCEL YOUR PAID SUBSCRIPTION.
ConnectingSingles may update the pricing for the Paid Subscription, monthly and annual, upon 30 days’ notice. If you have purchased an annual Paid Subscription, at the end of the initial one-year period, unless you cancel the Paid Subscription or change to a monthly Paid Subscription, the Paid Subscription will auto-renew for another one-year period, at the then current price for an annual Paid Subscription. If you change to a monthly Paid Subscription, you will be charged the then current monthly subscription fee, and your Paid Subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis, at the then current monthly subscription fee, subject to the 30-day notice period above.
All subscription fees and other amounts payable by you under these Paid Subscription Terms are exclusive of taxes and similar assessments. You are responsible for all sales, use, and excise taxes, and any other similar taxes, duties, and charges of any kind imposed by any federal, state, or local governmental or regulatory authority on any amounts payable by you hereunder, other than any taxes imposed on ConnectingSingles income.
You can cancel a Paid Subscription at any time, but you will not be entitled to a refund of the subscription fees. Specifically, if you cancel before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged any subscription fees for the next monthly or annual, as applicable, Paid Subscription.
