If you are a chakra meditative practitioner, I recommend this book as it has 8 chakras, as apposed to the usual 7 discussed in most books. I have found there are more chakras than listed in most books but one chakra I have been feeling allot of energy in, is covered in this book. I highly recommend it. At 168 pages, I downloaded it quickly into my memory banks in a book store, so I do not know how good the CD is.
