On October 11th 1963 Kennedy signed a document called NSAM263 which orderd a total of 1,000 American troops to be puled of Vietnam altough there was about 16,000 troop staioned there, Around the Spring of 1963 there also said to be other documents drawn up of a further withdrawl of more troops in which would lead to a complete withdrawl of all American personel in Vietnam .

Well i can rem there about around 2006 they were saying that was he was supposed of been ill with kidney failure at the time then he just went of the face of the earth i wonder did Pakistani government smuggle him into the area because there is massive corruption in there security services also the great sympathizers to the Taliban and Al Qaeda cause they could of been given medical treatment it is very sussed that he was near a military base.
