I don't see how most girls don't play Halo 3. I personally love it. Heavenly sword, Mirror's Edge, Portal, Sims, GTA, Gran Turismo, Pokemon, Zelda, Super Mario Brothers to name-drop a few that I favor. If more girls would start playing maybe they could take their heads out of their asses. :)
Haha. Well, I definitely would have pondered that statement for a while. By "a while" I mean until my ADD would kick in and I would chase my kitty around the house for no apparent reason. I definitely agree with some of you about the slang being the tricky part of any language. Slang can differ in cliques, neighborhoods, regions, countries, generation, and so on.
Personally, I love the twist on words that people from the UK seem to use. Being from a Cajun region, I don't have much exposure to people from the UK other than the internet and tv. Cajuns are usually seen as a very illiterate crowd. =0
