Every person is obliged to get a (private) health insurance (called the basis insurance) with a insurance company. On top of that you can get some extra private insurance.
Nah I don't think it matters who asks first. Some men are shy too, they can use some help :-) A straight forward woman is greatly appreciated. Which doesn't mean a woman shouldn't be treated as a lady though ;-)
