There is no such thing as too much workout. But it takes a long time of very hard work to get your body in a shape that will allow you to work out as hard as you like.
How much exercise you need is totally individual, since none of us are the same. Here I will have to go with the medical recomendation of at least 1/2 an hour of moderate and varied exercise every day.
Myself I work out 2-4 hours almost every day right now, as I am peaking right now. In another month I will decrease the time and intensity, but in January I will increase it again. So the only ones stopping you all from becoming very fit, are yourselves
