somebody got into webpage and put that about a stiffer, i have changed it backto how it was,and i have changed my password. i don't think it is funny!!!!!!!!
Well. i have a light breakfast followed by two cups of coffee, then I emark on my regiem of a thirty minute cardiovascular workout and a twenty minute jog around my local park. Ithen have brunch, usually some kind of carbs followed by a cup of white tea, full of antioxidants. Lunch is always salad, tuna or chicken. I try to keep my intake of eggs down to a minimum, perhaps four a week, but sometimes I let my hair down and have the odd one or two more as I am partial to them. I spend the afternoon relaxing with a good book or watching daytime TV and three times a week I go bowling. I have the championships coming up next week and my team are in the finals!!!!
well, it would seem that I have created quite a stir.First of all, let me tell you that my underwear picture is all me, I know i look fantastic for my age but that is due to working out every morning. I can honestly say that I don't feel 80 and am looking for a man to come into my life and make me feel even younger. I am pleased that you have taken such an interest in me, perhaps you can help me find my man!
I do apologise if I rated anybody an eight, I can assure you that it was meant to be a ten, but i am a bit wobbly with my mouse and my hand must of slipped to the eight.
