But I'm also noticing a decided apathy when it comes to getting anything more than chat sessions or e-mails on the dating sites this time around. Ladies are much more cautious than they were on these sites a few years back. And I also have to admit I don't put as much effort in it myself this time around either.
Even so, it seems six or seven months of nothing is a bit extreme. I put this profile up a few weeks ago so I don't really expect much here yet. I also put one on POF and OKC a few months back and have at least gotten two or three meet and greets there without trying very hard.

Good rule of thumb ladies - forgetting to mention a husband or significant other is always annoying enough to ruin the intimacy! Especially when you surprise us with it while we're trying to be intimate!
Are there any good guys left on this planet? I have to ask why this is such a perpetual question here? I've been away from the online dating scene for several years now and have recently come back only to find - surprise - it hasn't changed!

So the answer to the question is yes. But you have to look beyond the package or the finances to have any chance of finding one. Far too many of you just never get past the guy with the sculpted musculature driving the porsche to ever find us.
