Honesty IS the key - BUT that doesn't mean you have to advertise your flaws.
And YES, I do think there is a tender and sweet woman waiting for you somewhere. When you do find her, she won't mind your flaws - or she'll actually consider them a benefit f.i. your long hair. AND you'll have a natural tendency to even out your worst sides. For instance I'm sure you'll not yell at her if she interrupt you while you're absorbed. If you are WISE you'll extend that behaviour beyond the initial falling in love and create a lasting relation.
