Olso, the payment is not well, I can imagine. I was a factory worker(Welder) too, before I wanted to change my life. I worked hard for 8 hours and studied in the night for long 14 years. Now I am the boss.
I work for an engineering development project and I am incharge of it. We have regular 7.5 working hours, for five days a week. But all in our team, work more than 12 hours a day for six days a week and we take jobs home too. If you want to improve something, don't look at the time.
All comforts we got today's life, is the results of hard and restless work of others.
